WHAT IS Anxiety?
Anxiety is a natural response to stress, often characterized by feelings of worry, nervousness, or fear. While it's normal to feel anxious in certain situations, such as before a big presentation or during a major life change, anxiety becomes a concern when it’s persistent, overwhelming, and starts to interfere with daily life.
