You’ve worked hard to build the life you have. On the surface, you’re capable, ambitious, and accomplished, always moving, always “on.” But underneath, you feel exhausted, behind, or stuck, unsure of where to go from here or why nothing ever feels like enough.
At Ohn Therapy, we work with high-achieving individuals who have read the books, listened to the podcasts, and still feel stuck. Many of our clients are used to being the ones who seem to have it all together, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or emotionally exhausted.
Behind the Practice
Our approach goes beyond surface level coping strategies. We take time to understand what’s underneath the pressure, perfectionism, burnout and self criticism. Together, we help you build deeper self understanding while also creating meaningful, sustainable change in your daily life, relationships, and careers.
Our clinicians are trained to work with high-functioning anxiety, depression, complex trauma, burnout, relationship concerns, family of origin dynamics, and life transitions. But we also understand the emotional weight that doesn’t always fit neatly into a diagnosis: the pressure to succeed, the constant feeling of not doing enough, the expectations you carry, and the exhaustion of always having to keep going.
Whatever brings you here, whether you have a clear reason or simply a feeling that something isn't quite right, whether this is your first time in therapy or something is bringing you back, we’re here to meet you with warmth, curiosity and care. You are welcome.

You’re probably here because you’ve tried it all and aren’t sure where to go from here. We get it, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. One-on-one therapy sessions are designed to help you explore, process, and better understand yourself: your thoughts, emotions, patterns, relationships, and lived experiences. We believe that deeper self understanding can help us move through life with more clarity, intention, and self compassion. Our therapists collaborate with you to identify practical, evidence-based ways to create meaningful change that feels aligned with your needs, values, and goals. And if you’re not quite sure what those are yet, we’ll support you in exploring and defining them.
Sessions are 45–50 minutes and offered on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Available virtually through our HIPAA-compliant platform.Associate Psychotherapist: $190 per session

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process trauma, distressing experiences, anxiety, and deeply rooted negative beliefs. EMDR can be an option to consider, especially when present-day triggers continue to feel “stuck” emotionally or in the body, even after participating in traditional talk therapy. Rather than only talking through experiences, EMDR works to help the brain and nervous system utilizing bilateral stimulation to reprocess them in a way that feels less overwhelming.

Why Ohn?
Because we’ve been there. Many of our therapists grew up in the NY area, come from non-traditional backgrounds, and understand the expectations, pressure, burnout, and constant “shoulds” that come with navigating demanding careers, family expectations, cultural pressures, and the feeling that you always need to do more.
We also know what it’s like to be in the client’s seat. We’ve done the work and became the therapists we once needed ourselves. That means we show up not only as clinicians, but as real people: engaged, present, relational, and interactive. No blank slates.
People are nuanced and complex, and therapy should honor that complexity. At Ohn, therapy is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Our approach is relational, attachment based, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and focused on both insight and actionable growth because therapy is not just about understanding your patterns, it’s also about helping you develop practical tools and meaningful next steps that create lasting change outside the therapy room.
